Swimmers of the Meet: AG State

BEST had a very strong showing at this year's Age Group Champs. The Swimmers of the Meet are:

Emily Ryan, Sarah Hanning and Frank Niziolek.

Emily dropped time in 5 out of 6 events. She had a great 50 back with a best time of 29.06 finishing in third place. Emily also had a strong 100 back with a great prelim time of 1:02.59 and finished in 7th place in the race. Emily got another medal in the 100 IM, finishing in 6th place with a new best time of 1:03.57.

Sarah Hanning dropped time in 5 out of 6 events. Sarah had a great 200 IM with a time of 2:10.63, dropping 1.96 seconds. Sarah also had a very good swim in the 400 IM, dropping 5.10 seconds and finished with a time of 4:37.12. Sarah also dropped time in 100 fly, 100 back and 200 back.

Frank Niziolek dropped time in all 6 events he swam in the meet. Frankie had a great 500 free, dropping 9.26 seconds and finishing with a time of 5:26.87. Frankie also dropped 3.53 seconds in the 200 IM, finishing in 2:17.33. Frankie had a 7th place finish in the 100 fly with a new best time of 1:00.82. Frankie also improved his time in 100 IM, 100 back and 50 fly.
